Sriracha Cocktail Recipe

One San Diego bar is incorporating this trendy hot sauce into their menu. True North Tavern, located in San Diego’s urban North Park neighborhood, just added a sriracha cocktail to their adult beverage menu.

A twist on the Mezcál Mule (a Moscow Mule with Mezcál instead of vodka), the Smoke and Fire is made with Mezcál Joren, fresh lime juice, house-made sriracha simple syrup and topped with ginger beer. A sriracha-salt rimmed glass completes this spicy cocktail.
